How we use information

The “Ask Curiosity Harbor” assistant

When you ask the assistant a question, your question is processed using Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer from our curated database of homeschool requirements, funding programs, and resources. We may review questions in aggregate to improve answer quality. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information) to the assistant. The assistant provides general information, not legal, financial, or educational advice.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site, and only as needed to provide their service:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Curiosity Harbor, our users, or others.

Data retention

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and contact and volunteer messages for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records. We retain security logs for a limited period consistent with our providers' practices.
